Can you do custom clothing for my unit, company, or brand?
Yes! If you have created a custom design already then send the full-sized image along with any details to jcramermedia@gmail.com and I will put together samples.
What if I need to create custom graphics?If you need a new custom design created we can help! Send over the details of your proposed design and I will send over a quote for the custom graphic design work.
Do you do discounts for bulk orders?Yes! Group orders of 10 items or more are eligible for a discount. Reach out to jcramermedia@gmail.com for more information about group discounts!
How long does it take to make flags?Custom flags and flags currently available on the website are printed to order. Wall flags take 7-12 days to produce depending on the current production levels.
Are your custom flags double-sided?No, the custom wall flags are single-sided and are meant to be hung on a wall or used for group photos.
What is your return policy?If the item you received has a misprint or if there is a flaw in the material, then send an image of the entire item, another image that is a close-up of the issue, and any details to jcramermedia@gmail.com. A new item will be sent at no charge.
If you ordered the wrong-sized item, then send it to the address below and send an email with the new size you're requesting to jcramermedia@gmail.com. Please send an email before sending any items to avoid confusion.
