Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Because most items are made to order, we only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or item will be handled through exchanges (see below).

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide:

    • A clear photo of the defect or damage

    • A photo of the front of the item

    • A photo of the item tag

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Replacements for Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please email us at jcramermedia@gmail.com with the required photos listed above.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 96 hours.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur)

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We accept exchanges for customers who ordered the wrong size or item.

To start an exchange, email us at jcramermedia@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the item you are exchanging.

Shipping

For returns of defective or damaged items:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping.

For customer-requested exchanges (wrong size/item ordered):

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if a refund is issued instead of an exchange.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
